ticket system to open a support ticket.
- We respond to all enquiries. If you have not received an automatic
confirmation email from us within an hour, then either your email
or our reply was probably deleted by spam filters. We recommend using
the ticket system or online support forms to ensure that your enquiry
is delivered to us. The ticket system also allows you to check the
current status of your enquiry. Note that all customer enquiries
end up in the ticket system regardless of how they were submitted.
