Users who purchased a Firestreamer-RM license are entitled to prompt email support. We also provide technical assistance to unlicensed users while they are evaluating Firestreamer-RM.

Please note that we are unable to answer questions about the Microsoft Backup Utility (NTBackup), unless they relate directly to Firestreamer-RM.
