One license with multiple hard ware

If I have a SAN storage device and removable USB hard drive, can I
setup Firstreamer to handle SAN device as long retention policy and USB
hard drive as on-site retention policy at the same for DPM 2010 with one license of
Firestreamer on the same server?

You can create two tape libraries and use one with SAN and another with USB. See Advanced Configuration.
